摘  要:针对当前直接空冷岛冬季严寒大风条件下易出现散热管束冻结开裂的问题,提出在空冷岛顶部蒸汽分配管之间安装防冻百叶窗装置。建立直接空冷岛的整体模型、含顶部百叶窗的空冷单元局部模型,使用Fluent软件进行流动传热计算,研究防冻百叶窗的冬季防冻性能和开启状态下对直接空冷岛的性能影响。结果表明:在环境温度-20℃、风速20 m/s并且风机入口被封堵的情况下,关闭直接空冷岛顶部百叶窗后,直接空冷岛内部空气流速显著降低、空气温度显著升高,直接空冷岛整体散热量降低了52.7%;在环境温度15℃、无环境侧风且风机全功率运行时,开启状态下的顶部百叶窗对空冷单元的性能影响可以忽略不计,其中空冷单元空气流量损失为1.2%,空冷单元换热量损失为2.2%,且开启状态下的顶部百叶窗不会对空冷单元内外的流场及空气温度产生显著影响。该装置可有效提升直接空冷岛在冬季严寒大风天气下运行的安全性。To solve the problem that the cooling tube bundle is prone to freeze and crack in the direct air-cooling island under severe cold and strong wind conditions in winter,a kind of anti-freezing shutter device installed between the steam distribution pipes on the top of the air-cooling island was proposed.Through establishing the overall model of the direct air-cooling island and the local model of the air-cooling unit with top shutter,and using Fluent to conduct flow heat transfer calculation,the anti-freezing performance of the anti-freezing shutter in winter and its influence on the performance of direct air-cooling island under opening conditions were studied.The results showed that when the ambient temperature was -20℃,the wind speed was 20 m/s and the inlet of the fan was blocked,the air flow rate and air temperature in the direct air-cooling island significantly decreased,and the overall heat transfer of the direct air-cooling island was reduced by 52.7% after closing the shutters at the top of direct air-cooling island.When the ambient temperature is 15℃ without ambient crosswind and the fan was operating at full power,the influence of the opening top shutter on the performance of the air-cooling unit was negligible,in which the air flow loss of the air-cooling unit was 1.2%,and the heat exchange loss of the air-cooling unit was 2.2%.In addition,the opening state of the top shutter had no significant impact on the flow field and air temperature inside and outside the air-cooling unit.The device can effec tively improve the operating safety of the direct air-cooled island under cold and windy weather in winter.
