摘  要:在中国共产党领导下,大学生法治意识培育历经开创与全面建立、改革与融合创新、成熟与跨越发展三个阶段的流变过程。在法治意识的培育过程中,高校围绕大学生的自我权利彰显这一重大议题,透视了以学生为本的价值定位。这些宝贵的历史经验,为新时代大学生社会主义法治意识培育提供了基本遵循。针对新时代大学生社会主义法治意识培育存在的主客体作用发挥不充分,介体作用发挥不完善,过程作用发挥不协调等问题,迫切需要发挥党的主体领导,学校的深度参与,课堂空间的充分运用。在此基础上建立以课堂为中心的法治意识培育主阵地,形成以校为主体的法治意识培育生态圈,开创以党为领导的法治意识培育新格局,推进大学生社会主义法治意识培育的新局面。Under the leadership of the CPC,the cultivation of college students'awareness of the rule of law has gone through three stages:creation and overall establishment,reform and integration,innovation,maturity and leapfrog development.These valuable historical experiences have provided basic guidelines for cultivating the socialist legal consciousness of college students in the new era.In response to the problems of insufficient subjective and objective role,imperfect intermediary role,and uncoordinated process role in cultivating the socialist legal consciousness of college students in the new era,there is an urgent need to bring into play the main leadership of the Party,the deep participation of schools,and the full use of classroom space.On this basis,establish a classroom centered main position for the cultivation of legal awareness,form a school centered ecological circle for the cultivation of legal awareness,create a new pattern for the cultivation of legal awareness led by the Party,and promote a new situation for the cultivation of socialist legal awareness among college students.
