摘 要:成都西一线跨绛溪河大桥为(55+175+55)m三跨连续曲线异形钢拱桥,桥宽51 m。拱肋呈空间扭曲形态,两拱肋于主跨跨中交汇,拱脚处拱肋与边纵梁结为一体,拱间无其他横向联系,曲线内、外侧拱肋均采用单箱单室钢箱结构。主梁采用纵横梁+正交异性钢桥面板,设4根纵梁,均采用单箱单室钢箱梁。主跨内对称布置8对吊杆,呈扇形布置。桥墩采用矩形实体墩,桥台采用重力式桥台,基础均采用群桩基础。3号墩采用纵向固定、横向滑动的减隔震支座,2号墩及1号、4号桥台均采用双向滑动减隔震支座,并在桥台中间设置横向剪力键。应用BIM技术进行上部钢结构100%的正向设计,确保结构设计的合理性;采用MIDAS Civil和Abaqus软件进行结构性能分析,计算结果表明该桥受力性能满足规范要求。该桥采用先梁后拱的总体施工方案。The Jiangxi River Bridge is a curved irregular steel arch bridge that carries the section of Xiyi Road over the Jiangxi River in Chengdu.The bridge has three continuous spans of 55,175 and 55 m,with a deck width reaching 51 m.The two steel arch ribs,with curved axis,incline inwardly and coincide over midspan of the central span.The arch springing is fixed with the deck edge stringer,and no lateral bracings are installed between the arch ribs.The arch ribs are of single-cell box cross-section,the deck system is composed of steel stringers and floor beams as well as the overlying orthotropic steel deck plates,and the four stringers are all of single-cell box cross-section.Eight pairs of suspenders are symmetrically arranged in the central span,appearing to be in a fan configuration.The piers are all rectangular solid piers,on the top of pier No.3 seismic mitigation bearings that are longitudinally fixed and allow transverse movement are installed,while on the tops of the piers No.2,No.1 and No.4 seismic mitigation bearings permitting two-way movement are installed.Transverse shear connectors are installed in the center of the gravity abutments.All the piers and abutments are supported by group pile foundations.BIM technology is employed to carry out 100%forward design of the steel superstructure to generate effective structural configuration.The structural performance of the bridge was analyzed in MIDAS Civil and Abaqus.The calculations demonstrate that the load bearing behavior of the bridge meets the code requirements.During construction,the deck system was erected ahead of the arch ribs.
