摘　　要：风险投资以其独特的优势在多层次资本市场建设中扮演着愈发重要的角色。当前,我国经济已进入高质量发展阶段。风险投资能够有效推动地区产业结构升级,而产业结构的升级有助于全社会生产效率的提升。本文利用2015-2019年国内省级面板数据进行实证研究,结果显示风险投资能够促进区域经济高质量发展,且这种促进作用存在地区异质性差异。同时,产业结构升级在风险投资与经济高质量发展传导机制中起到中介作用。Venture capital plays an increasingly important role in the construction of multi-level capital market with its unique advantages.At present,China's economic has entered into a high-quality development stage.Venture capital can effectively promote the upgrading of regional industrial structure,and the upgrading of industrial structure is conducive to the improvement of production efficiency of the whole society.This paper makes an empirical study using the domestic upgraded panel data from 2015 to 2019.The results show that venture capital can promote the high-quality development of regional economy,and this promotion effect has regional heterogeneity.At the same time,the upgrading of industrial structure plays an intermediary role in the transmission mechanism between venture capital and high-quality economic development.
