摘　　要：论文通过对比强制性工程建设规范GB 55030-2022《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》与国家现行标准GB 50108-2008《地下工程防水技术规范》、GB 50345-2012《屋面工程技术规范》、JGJ/T 235-2011《建筑外墙防水工程技术规程》和JGJ 298-2013《住宅室内防水工程技术规范》的重点条文,分析了建筑工程防水设计工作年限、防水等级、防水做法、防水材料耐久性四个方面的不同要求,并提出了正确执行强制性工程建设规范的相关思考,旨在为GB 55030-2022《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》实施后的防水层材料选择、设计、施工及验收提供参考。This paper mainly compares GB 55030-2022“General waterproofing code for building and municipal engineering”with GB 50108-2008“Technical code for waterproofing of underground engineering”,GB 50345-2012“Technical code for roof engineering”,JGJ/T 235-2011“Technical specification for waterproofing of exterior wall of building”,and JGJ 298-2013“Technical code for interion waterproof of residential buildings”,elaborates the differences between waterproofing design service years,waterproofing grade,waterproofing requirements and durability requirements for waterproof materials in building engineering,puts forward the ponder about the engineering construction compulsory standard article phenomenon,which is designed to give readers a better understanding about waterproof material selection,design,construction and acceptance after the implementation of“General waterproofing code for building and municipal engineering”.
