摘 要:按GB 50023-2009《建筑抗震鉴定标准》对建设于不同年代的建筑抗震鉴定,应根据不同的后续使用年限采用相应的抗震鉴定方法,鉴定结果不应低于其建设时适用的GB 50011-2010《建筑抗震设计规范》的要求。但随着国家GB 18306-2015《中国地震动参数区划图》的颁布实施,部分地区的地震动参数出现明显的变化,对建筑抗震鉴定产生较明显的影响。以20世纪90年代北京地区某高层建筑抗震鉴定为例,对比分析不同地震动参数对结构及构件地震内力的差别,并分析其在抗震承载力验算时对构件截面配筋的影响。提出对此类建筑进行抗震鉴定时,在相应的保证概率下可对现行规范中的地震动参数按后续使用年限进行有依据的调整。According to GB 50023-2009“Standards for Seismic Appraisal of Buildings”,for the seismic appraisal of buildings constructed in different years,corresponding seismic appraisal methods shall be adopted according to different continuous seismic working life,and the appraisal results shall not be lower than the requirements of applicable GB 50011-2010“Code for Seismic Design of Buildings”at the time of construction.However,with the promulgation and implementation of GB 18306-2015“China Earthquake Parameter Zoning Map”,the ground motion parameters in some areas have changed significantly,which has a significant impact on the seismic appraisal of buildings.Taking the seismic appraisal of a high-rise building in Beijing in the 1990s as an example,the differences of different ground motion parameters on the seismic internal force of the structure and the components were compared and analyzed,and the influence of the reinforcement on the section reinforcement of the components during the seismic bearing capacity checking was analyzed.It is proposed that when seismic appraisal of such buildings is carried out,the ground motion parameters in the current code can be adjusted according to the subsequent service life under the corresponding guarantee probability.
