摘 要:当前世界范围既有米轨铁路大部分仍沿用较为落后的设施,既有设备陈旧老化,总体水平难以满足现代化运营要求,亟需更新改造。米轨铁路尚无能够适应18 t轴重及43 kg/m钢轨的混凝土轨枕,为有效解决线路用枕需求,采用我国预应力混凝土轨枕设计方法,计算分析轨枕设计荷载,确定了轨枕设计方案。同时开展静载抗裂及疲劳试验,试验结果表明米轨轨枕能够满足检验标准要求,且有一定安全余量。At present,the relatively backward facilities are still used in most of the existing meter gauge railways in the world.The existing equipment is old and aging,and the overall level is difficult to meet the requirements of modern operation,so it is in urgent need of renovation.There is no concrete sleeper that can adapt to 18t axle load and 43kg/m rail for meter gauge railway.In order to effectively meet the sleeper demand for the line,China's prestressed concrete sleeper design method is adopted to calculate the sleeper design load and determine the sleeper design scheme.The crack resistance tests and fatigue tests were carried out,and the test results showed that the sleeper could meet the requirements of the inspection standard,and there was a certain safety margin.
