存量地区交通规划探索——以广州市为例

摘　　要：城市更新近几年来逐渐成为城市发展热点话题,同时各大城市在探索中又出现新的问题,其中交通问题最为突出。基于广州各类城市更新模式下的典型交通项目,从现状存在问题出发,分析城市更新中面临的挑战,从宏、中、微三个尺度探索开展城市更新中交通规划策略研究,从政策文件中梳理出五个交通发展与城市更新相协同的规划保障手段,指出城市更新中交通与其他各部门的协同仍有待提升,应当从全周期管理角度深化协同机制的研究。In recent years,urban renewal has become a hot topic in urban development,with new problems emerging in the exploration of major cities,among which traffic issues are the most prominent.This paper analyzes the challenges in urban renewal based on typical transportation projects under various urban renewal modes in Guangzhou.It then explores and conducts research on transportation planning strategies in urban renewal from three scales:macro,medium,and micro.Finally,it outlines five planning guarantee methods for the synergy between transportation development and urban renewal from policy documents.The paper points out that coordination between transportation department and others in urban renewal still needs improvement,and research on the coordination mechanism should be deepened from the perspective of fullcycle management..
