关于上海新城道路高品质养护管理的研究——以南汇新城为例

摘　　要：新城发力是上海构建“十四五”城市空间新格局的重大决策。五个新城作为新的增长极,启动了上海新一轮大开发大建设,同时高质量发展也要求进一步提升新城交通运营管理水平,道路养护管理挑战更大。以南汇新城为例,系统分析新城道路养护发展现状及存在的瓶颈问题,研判新发展要求下的道路养护新趋势,从全生命养护、分类分级、作业标准化、设备现代化、管理信息化等方面,对道路更高品质养护管理提出几点思考。Strengthening new city is a major decision for Shanghai to build new spatial pattern in the 14th Five-Year Plan.As the new growth pole,five new cities of Shanghai launching large-scale development and construction,while high-quality development requires further improvement of the new city traffic operation and management level,road maintenance management challenges are greater.Taking Nanhui New City as an example,this paper systematically analyze the current situation and bottleneck problems of road maintenance and development.Under the new development requirements,judged the new trend of road maintenance,put forward several thoughts on the road maintenance of higher quality in terms of whole life maintenance,classification and grading,operation standardization,equipment modernization,and management informatization.
