摘  要:【目的】研究水曲柳接种丛枝菌根真菌后对干旱环境的生长和生理响应,为丛枝菌根真菌在干旱环境中的应用提供理论依据,也为水曲柳在干旱环境下的苗木培育及生产提供技术支撑。【方法】以水曲柳幼苗为供试植物,选取幼套球囊霉菌和摩西球囊霉菌为供试菌种,设置单接幼套球囊霉菌(Ge)、单接摩西球囊霉菌(Gm)和混合接种(Mix:Ge+Gm)3种接菌方式,以不接菌苗(CK)为对照组;在温室内采用盆栽控水的方式模拟自然干旱,设置轻度干旱LD(控水5天)、中度干旱MD(控水10天)和重度干旱SD(控水15天)3个处理,与全程正常供水NW进行比较;研究水曲柳接菌苗对不同水分条件的菌根侵染率、生长、渗透调节和抗氧化系统响应。【结果】1)干旱胁迫下,接菌能够促进苗木生长,提高苗木质量;混合接菌比单一接菌更有助于提高苗木生长。混合接种处理具有更高的菌根侵染率,相关分析发现,菌根侵染率与苗高增量、地径增量、生物量增量、根长、根表面积、根系平均直径、可溶性蛋白(Sp)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著正相关(P<0.05),与丙二醛(MDA)含量显著负相关(P<0.05)。2)轻度胁迫时,混合接种处理的苗高增长量是CK的230.30%;混合接种处理的Sp含量分别是Ge、Gm和CK的1.1倍、1.3倍和1.5倍,Pro含量分别较Ge、Gm和CK增加25.12%、34.03%和68.30%。干旱胁迫下,接菌苗的MDA含量显著低于未接菌苗(P<0.05);POD、SOD和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于未接菌苗(P<0.05)。【结论】干旱胁迫下,接菌促进幼苗的生长,增强幼苗的渗透调节能力和抗氧化系统调节能力。与单一接菌相比,混合接菌苗木具有更强的抗旱性。【Objective】This study aims to investigate the growth and physiological responses of Fraxinus mandshurica inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)to drought environment,so as to provide theoretical basis for the application of AMF in drought environment,and technical support for the seedling cultivation and production of F.mandshurica in drought environment.【Method】F.mandshurica seedlings were used as test plants,and inoculated with AMF of Glomus etunicatum and Glomus mosseae.Three methods of inoculation were set up,namely,single inoculation of G.etunicatum(Ge),single inoculation of G.mosseae(Gm)and mixed inoculation(Mix:Ge+Gm).The non-inoculated seedlings served as the control group(CK).In the greenhouse,potted plants were subjected to different water regimes to simulate natural drought,including light drought(LD)(water control for 5 days),moderate drought(MD)(water control for 10 days)and severe drought(SD)(water control for 15 days),which were compared with normal water(NW)supply in the whole process,to study the response of F.mandshurica seedlings inoculated with AMF in mycorrhizal infection rate,growth,osmotic regulation and antioxidant system under different water conditions.【Result】1)Under drought stress,inoculation was able to promote seedling growth and improve seedling quality.Mixed inoculation was more helpful to improving seedling growth than single inoculation.Mix treatment had a higher mycorrhizal infection rate.Correlation analysis showed that mycorrhizal infection rate was significantly positively correlated with seedling height increment,ground diameter increment,biomass increment,root length,root surface area,average root diameter,soluble protein(Sp)and proline content(Pro),peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity(P<0.05),and significantly negatively correlated with malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.05).2)Under light drought,the increase of seedling height in Mix treatment was 230.30%of CK;Sp content of Mix treatment was 1.1,1.3 and 1.5 times of that of Ge,Gm and CK
