摘  要:SMC温拌剂应用越来越广泛,其主要组分甲基苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物熔剂是橡胶和塑料塑化剂的主要成分,即“芳烃油”。以从废旧橡胶中提取的粗芳烃油为研究对象,通过室内掺量条件试验,研究了由废轮胎胶粉热解制备的粗芳烃油对沥青胶结料高温性能、均匀性和胶体结构的影响,为进一步优化SMC温拌剂配方提供了试验参考和借鉴。研究结果表明:粗芳烃油对SBS改性沥青存在较好的降黏和增容作用,且不显著影响SBS改性沥青的使用性能,具备直接使用的可行性。SMC warm mixing agent is more and more widely used.Its main component,methylstyrene block copolymer flux,is the principal part of rubber and plastic plasticizer,namely"aromatic oil".Taking the crude aromatic oil extracted from waste rubber as the research object,the influence of crude aromatic oil prepared by pyrolysis of waste tire rubber powder on the high-temperature performance,uniformity and colloidal structure of asphalt cement is studied through indoor mixing condition test,so as to provide test reference for further optimizing the formula of SMC warm mixing agent.The research results show that:crude aromatic oil has a good effect on the viscosity reduction and compatibilization of SBS modified asphalt,and cannot significantly affect the performance of SBS modified asphalt,which is feasible for direct use.
