摘  要:针对浙江省内某水电机组准同期并网后的大幅度有功功率振荡事件,进行了振荡特性的理论分析和验证。结合机组同期并网暂态过程及并网功率振荡的理论,分析了并网电压差、相角差、频差的影响,并在实际电网中进行了试验验证。试验表明机组准同期并网后功率振荡主要是由频差造成,有功功率振荡的峰峰值和并网频差存在较为显著的比例特征。最后,在PSCAD中验证了频差并网后功率振荡的暂态过程机理。Aimed at the event of large-scale active power oscillation of a hydropower unit in Zhejiang Province after qua⁃si-synchronization paralleling,the theoretical analysis and verification of oscillation characteristics are carried out.Spe⁃cifically,with the combination of the transient process of unit synchronization paralleling and the theory of parallel pow⁃er oscillation,the parallel influences of voltage deviation,phase angle deviation and frequency deviation are analyzed,which were also verified by tests in an actual power grid.It is found that the active power oscillation after quasi-synchro⁃nization paralleling is mainly caused by parallel frequency deviation,and the peak-to-peak value of active power oscilla⁃tion and parallel frequency deviation have obvious proportional characteristics.Finally,the transient process mecha⁃nism of power oscillation after parallel frequency deviation is verified in PSCAD.
