摘  要:针对单相Boost有源功率因数校正APFC(active power factor correction)变换器效率分析存在计算量大的问题,基于单相Boost APFC变换器在连续导通模式CCM(continuous conduction mode)下的基本工作原理,提出了一种高精度快速解析法。首先,提取出其对损耗和效率有影响的特征电流波形;然后,经过数学推导,采用解析法计算单相Boost APFC变换器特征电流的数学表达式;最后,开发了一台3 kW单相Boost APFC变换器样机。实验结果表明,提出的解析法能够快速有效地对单相Boost APFC变换器的电流进行准确分析,为其损耗计算和效率分析提供先导理论支撑。Aimed at the problem that there exists a large calculation load when analyzing the efficiency of a single-phase Boost active power factor correction(APFC)converter,a kind of fast analytical method with high precision is proposed based on the basic working principle for the single-phase Boost APFC converter in continuous conduction mode(CCM).First,the waveforms of characteristic current that affect its power loss and efficiency are extracted.Second,through mathematical derivation,the mathematic expressions for calculating the characteristic current of the single-phase Boost APFC converter are analyzed using the analytical method.Finally,a 3 kW single-phase Boost APFC converter proto⁃type was developed.Experimental results show that the proposed analytical method can fast and effectively analyze the current of the single-phase Boost APFC converter with high precision,providing a theoretical support for the analysis of its power loss and efficiency.
