摘 要:本研究制备一种表面羟基化聚苯乙烯微孔粒子-聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合膜.首先采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)合成了聚醋酸乙烯酯-聚苯乙烯二嵌段聚合物(PVAc-b-PS);通过傅-克烷基化反应(Friedel-Crafts alkylation)将聚苯乙烯链中的苯环超交联,制备了超交联微孔粒子(HCPNPs);将HCPNPs表面醇解,得到了表面羟基化的微孔粒子(AHCPNPs);将AHCPNPs、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)与PVA反应制备PVA复合膜.通过红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)确定PVAc-b-PS合成的成功;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)、IR、BET比表面积测试等表征HCPNPs、AHCPNPs和PVA复合膜的结构和性能;结果表明AHCPNPs添加比例为2%时对复合膜的强度增强性能更好,并且不影响PVA复合膜的整体形貌和表面亲水的性质.A polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)composite membrane loaded with surface hydroxylated polystyrene microporous particles was prepared.Polyvinyl acetate-polystyrene diblock polymer(PVAc-b-PS)was synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP).Then Hypercrosslinked microporous particles(HCPNPs)were synthesized by Friedel-Crafts alkylation of benzene ring on polystyrene chains.After surface alcoholysis,AHCPNPs were obtained,then reacted with ethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and PVA to construct PVA composite membrane.The successive synthesis of PVAc-b-PS was confirmed by IR and 1H NMR.The structures and properties of HCPNPs,AHCPNPs and PVA composite membranes were characterized by SEM、TG、IR and BET.It was found that PVA composite membrane in which the proportion of AHCPNPs was 2% presented the better intensity enhancement performance,and the overall morphology and surface hydrophilic property of PVA composite membrane had no effects with the AHCPNPs’composition.
