摘  要:以二乙烯基苯及丙烯酸甲酯悬浮聚合得到弱极性吸附树脂JL-1;利用树脂上残余的双健及氯甲醚进行付-克反应,得到比表面积更大同时含有氯甲基的树脂JL-2.利用树脂上残留的氯甲基和乙二胺反应,制得乙二胺修饰的碱性吸附树脂JL-3,树脂JL-1、JL-2和JL-3树脂内部孔径分布均以中孔为主.以树脂XAD-4为参考对象,研究了树脂对水溶液中苯酚的吸附和脱附性能,研究结果表明,树脂JL-1(321.85 m^(2)/g)、树脂JL-2(397.8 m^(2)/g)和JL-3(313.58 m^(2)/g)对水溶液中苯酚的吸附性能均优于XAD-4(880.0 m^(2)/g).树脂对苯酚的静态吸附动力学更符合准二级吸附动力学方程,树脂JL-1、JL-2和JL-3可以有效吸附水溶液中的苯酚.A weak polar resin JL-1 was synthesized from divinylbenzene(DVB)and methylacrylate(MA)through suspension polymerization.After that,resin JL-2 with larger specific surface area and chloromethyl was synthesized through Friedel-Crafts reaction using chloromethyl ether and the residual chloromethyl on resin JL-1.Then,the ethylenediamine modified hypercrosslinked resin JL-3 was prepared using chloromethyl on resin JL-2 with ethylenediamine.The structure and characterization of resin JL-1,JL-2 and JL-3 indicated that,mesopores was the predominant pore in resin JL-1,JL-2 and JL-3.The adsorptive properties of the resins toward phenol was studied,and resin XAD-4 was employed as reference,the adsorption experiments showed that,resin JL-1(321.85 m^(2)/g),JL-2(397.79 m^(2)/g)and JL-3(313.58 m^(2)/g)had larger adsorption capacity toward phenol than XAD-4(880.00 m^(2)/g).The results indicate that,the pseudo-second-order rate equation fit the data of the kinetic well,resin JL-1,JL-2 and JL-3 are efficient adsorbent for removal of phenol from aqueous solutions.
