摘  要:采用含有不同基团的烷氧基硅烷对电化学刻蚀后的铝合金基底进行修饰,得到具有多种性能的铝合金/聚硅氧烷复合层.将铝合金基底通过电化学方法刻蚀后,分别放入γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷和甲基三甲氧基硅烷中浸涂一段时间,得到了具有超亲水、疏水和超疏水三种特性的复合层,其水接触角(WCA)分别为0°、147.8°±0.9°和157.8°±1.3°.结果表明,使用含有亲水基团的硅烷修饰后,铝合金表面表现为超亲水性;而用具有疏水基团的硅烷修饰后,铝合金表面表现出疏水性或超疏水性.通过胶带测试表征了涂层的粘附性,发现随着胶带剥离次数增加:经γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷修饰的铝合金/聚硅氧烷复合层,超亲水性减弱,直至第10次之后WCA稳定在大约110°;经二甲基二乙氧基硅烷修饰的铝合金/聚硅氧烷复合层,WCA减小至134°;经甲基三甲氧基硅烷修饰的铝合金/聚硅氧烷复合层,在6次胶带剥离后,超疏水性能开始降低,25次胶带剥离后WCA稳定在大约140°.The aluminum alloy/polysiloxane composite layer with various properties was obtained by modifying the electrochemically etched aluminum alloy substrate with alkoxysilane containing different groups.After etching by electrochemical method,the aluminum alloy substrate was immersed in γ-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane,dimethyl diethoxysilane and methyl trimethoxysilane for a period of time.The surface with superhydrophilic,hydrophobic and superhydrophobic properties was obtained.The contact angles were 0°,147.8°±0.9°and 157.8°±1.3°,respectively.The results show that the sample surface is superhydrophilic after modified with silane containing hydrophilic groups.The surface of the sample was hydrophobic or superhydrophobic after modified with silane with hydrophobic groups.The adhesion of the coating was characterized by adhesive tape test.It was found that the superhydrophilicity of the aluminum alloy/polysiloxane composite modified by γ-glycyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane decreased with the increase of adhesive tape peeling times,and the contact Angle stabilized at about 110°after the 10th time.The contact Angle of aluminum alloy/polysiloxane composite modified by dimethyldiethoxylsilane was reduced to 134°.The superhydrophobic properties of the aluminum alloy/polysiloxane composite modified by methyltrimethoxysilane decreased after 6 times of tape peeling,and the contact angle stabilized at about 140°after 25 times of tape peeling.
