摘　　要：文中介绍了一种新型起重机用手动离合装置的核心技术,通过加设在电动机和行星差动减速器间浮动轴末端的新型手动离合装置的轴向相对移动实现齿轮联轴器手动离合。详细叙述了该装置的组成,论证了动作原理、展示了应用实例。实践检验后可证明该装置在增加应用场景的同时不会增加成本,安全性和实用性较高,提高了产品的核心竞争力。The key technology of a new manual clutch device for crane is introduced.The manual clutch of gear coupling is realized by the axial relative movement of the new manual clutch device at the end of the floating shaft between the motor and the planetary differential reducer.The composition of the device is described in detail,the action principle is demonstrated and an application example is shown.The practice shows that the device will not increase the cost while widening the application range,and has high safety and practicability,which improves the core competitiveness of the product.
