摘　　要：文章结合喜马拉雅平台的残疾人知识援助活动,分析互联网知识平台开展残疾人知识援助的动因和援助逻辑,从政策层、资源层、技术层、活动层四个层次构建互联网知识平台残疾人知识援助机制,以期为残疾人知识援助的社会参与主体提供参考。Based on the knowledge aid activities for persons with disabilities on Himalaya,this paper analyzes the motivation and logic of the knowledge aid for persons with disabilities on the internet knowledge platform,and constructs the knowledge aid mechanism for persons with disabilities on the internet knowledge platform from four levels:the policy level,the resource level,the technical level and the activity level,in order to provide reference for the social participants of knowledge aid for persons with disabilities.
