摘　　要：文章运用文献研究法,从制度环境、实施情况、制度内容及组织管理四个方面对比和归纳国内外现有的呈缴本相关制度,分析国内外呈缴本制度的差异及原因,指出我国目前呈缴本制度存在的不足,提出可从制度内容、呈缴流程、数字呈缴及呈缴范围等方面进行完善。This paper uses the literature research method to compare and summarize the existing legal deposit systems at home and abroad from the four aspects of institutional environment,implementation,system content and organization management,analyzes the differences and causes of the legal deposit systems at home and abroad,points out the shortcomings of the current system in China,and proposes to improve the system content,submission process,digital submission and submission scope.
