清末民初我国图书馆借阅制度考略

摘　　要：文章从清末民初这一时期的图书馆规章管窥图书馆借阅制度,从不准携出、收费服务、闭架服务、特别优待券制度、服务时间等方面爬梳借阅制度的概貌,揭示清末民初图书馆借阅制度受到日本图书馆制度影响的特征,进一步厘清近代图书馆事业早期发展的史实。This paper examines the borrowing system of library from the library regulations of the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China,combs the overview of the borrowing system from the aspects of not allowed to carry out,fee-based service,closed shelf service,special coupon system,service time,etc.,reveals the characteristic of the library borrowing system in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China influenced by the Japanese library system,and further clarifies the historical facts of the early development of modern library cause.
