摘  要:氧化铝陶瓷粉体因其具有良好的热稳定性、化学稳定性,还具有高机械强度、高硬度、优良耐高温、抗腐蚀和绝缘等优点,已被广泛应用在锂离子电池领域。首先介绍了氧化铝陶瓷的多种制备方法,主要包括:改良拜耳法、醇铝水解法和无机铝盐热分解法等,并对高纯氧化铝制备技术的特点和优缺点进行深入分析。其次,对氧化铝在锂电池行业中的应用进行综述,从正、负极改良、隔膜改性和固态电解质/电极相容性等方面探讨氧化铝在提高锂电池电化学性能和安全性方面的作用。Alumina ceramic powder has been widely used in the field of lithium ion battery because of its very good thermal stability,chemical stability,high mechanical strength,high temperature resistance,high hardness,excellent high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and insulation.In this paper,a variety of preparation methods of alumina ceramics were introduced,including modified Bayer method,hydrolysis of aluminum alcohol,and thermal decomposition of inorganic aluminum salts.The characteristics of high-purity alumina preparation technology were analyzed in detail.secondly,the extensive application of alumina in lithium battery industry was reviewed,and the roles of alumina in improving the electrochemical performance and safety of lithium battery were reviewed from various aspects,including positive and negative performance improvement,separator modification and solid electrolyte/electrode compatibility.
