摘  要:对多只软包锂电池进行不同的连接组合,再对其整体或部分结构进行针刺,通过对监测的电压、电流或温度等数据进行深入分析,得出一些关于多电芯组合下针刺的内在机理。实验发现,多只电芯在某些连接组合下针刺时,未受钢针刺穿的电芯会对受针刺的电芯产生一定的作用,且针刺后短路回路中的电子传导路径在不同阶段也会发生变化。并联电芯针刺时,钢针和电芯的正、负极分别作为三个电子传输通道进行电芯的充放电,且推测电芯内不同的“正负极片对”会存在不同或变换的反应方向,而使得电压保持均衡。Several soft-pack lithium batteries were connected and combined in different ways,and then the whole or part of their structures were penetrated by a steel needle.Through in-depth analysis of the monitored data such as voltage,current or temperature,some internal mechanisms of nail-penetration under multi-cell connection were obtained.The experiment results show that when multiple cells are tested under certain connection combinations,the pierced cells may be affected by the cells that are not pierced by the steel needle.And the electron conduction path in the short circuit after nail-penetration also changes at different stages.When the parallel cells are pierced,the positive electrode,the negative electrode and the steel needle are used as three electron transmission channels so that the cells can be charged and discharged.And it is speculated that different"positive and negative electrode pairs"in the cell will have different or changed reaction directions,so that the voltage remains balanced.
