摘  要:流场结构是质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的重要组成部分,采用合适的流场结构能显著提高PEMFC的工作效率。设计了一种新型流场结构,将新型流场流道级数以及横截面积作为研究重点,利用三维软件COMSOL Multiphysics对新型流场进行了数值模拟和比较分析。结果表明,随着横向流道级数和进出口面积比的不断增加,电池输出性能均呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势,采用三级横向流道能使新型流场结构有最高的输出性能,均匀递减型流道可以有效提升电池的输出功率。The flow field structure is an important part of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC).Appropriate flow field structure can significantly improve the working efficiency of PEMFC.In this paper,a new flow field structure was designed,and the flow channel series and cross sectional area of the new flow field were taken as the research focus.The numerical simulation and comparative analysis of the new flow field were carried out by using the 3D software COMSOL Multiphysics.The results show that the output performance of the battery increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the number of transverse flow channels and the ratio of inlet and outlet area.The new flow field structure has the highest output performance by using three transverse flow channels,and the uniform decreasing flow channel can effectively improve the output power of the battery.
