摘  要:设计并制造了直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC),额定输出功率为50 W,常压下比能量可达510 Wh/kg(连续72 h额定功率输出时)。DMFC分别在上海和拉萨进行了测试,相应地对比了常规气压和高海拔低气压环境中的运行性能。实验结果表明:在海拔3685 m环境中,电堆工作电流密度120 mA/cm^(2),DMFC可以实现稳定运行;高海拔下电堆电压约为常压环境下的95.3%;高海拔下平均燃料消耗速率相比常压环境会有增加;高海拔下DMFC起动时间与常压环境下无明显差异;高海拔时水的回收速度比常压下缓慢;电堆在高海拔环境下工作2000 h后,性能仍可保持初始状态的87.8%,平均单电池电压衰减速度约30μV/h。The study designed and manufactured a direct methanol fuel cell(DMFC)with rated output power of 50 W with the specific energy of about 510 Wh/kg(continuous 72 h rated power output)in the environment of normal pressure.The performance of DMFC was tested in Shanghai and Lhasa respectively,and compared in the environment of normal pressure and low pressure at high altitude accordingly.The experimental results show that at an altitude of 3685 m the DMFC runs reliably,when the current density of stack is 120 mA/cm^(2).The stack voltage at high altitude is about 95.3%of that under normal pressure environment.The average fuel consumption rate increases at high altitude compared to atmospheric conditions.There is no significant difference for DMFC start time between low pressure and normal pressure.The water recovery rate is slower at low pressure than that of normal pressure.The voltage of stack can keep 87.8%of the initial state after working for 2000 h at high altitude,and the average voltage degradation rate of a single cell is about 30μV/h.
