摘 要:采用中温脱水及高温烧结的方法制备NiF_(2)混导电剂正极粉体,由XRD表征结果可知,经烧结处理的NiF_(2)粉末具有更加稳定的结构和良好的热稳定性能。经过680℃高温处理的NiF_(2)粉体添加镍粉与石墨烯质量比为7∶3的复配导电剂能显著提升单体热电池的放电性能,此NiF_(2)粉体正极装配的单体电池在520℃下以100 mA/cm^(2)电流密度恒流放电时起始电压达2.497 V,截止电压1.0 V时的比容量达262.7 mAh/g。由9节单体电池组成的样机电池组的脉冲测试可知,其初始放电电压达23.8 V,当放电电压到16.7 V(70%峰值电压)时,激活时间为0.26 s。研究初步表明,此制备方法提高了NiF_(2)正极粉体的导电性能、放电电压和放电比容量,并且极大缩短了成品热电池的激活时间,操作简单可行性高。The method of combined intermediate temperature dehydration and high temperature sintering was used to prepare NiF_(2)with mixed conductive agent powder cathode material for thermal battery.From the characterization results,it can be known that the sintered NiF_(2)powder has a more stable structure and better thermal stability.Adding a 7∶3 nickel powder and graphene mixed conductive agent to the NiF_(2)powder treated at a high temperature of 680°C can significantly improve the discharge performance of the single cell.At a temperature of 520℃and a current density of 100 mA/cm^(2),the initial voltage of the single cell assembled with the NiF_(2)cathode is 2.497 V and the specific capacity is 262.7 mAh/g when the cut-off voltage is 1.0 V.The pulse test of a 9-cell thermal battery prototype shows that the initial discharge voltage is 23.8 V.When the discharge voltage reaches 16.7 V(70%peak voltage of the cell),the activation time is 0.26 s.Preliminary research shows that this preparation method improves the conductivity,discharge voltage and discharge specific capacity of NiF_(2)cathode,and greatly shortens the activation time of the thermal battery.The operation is simple and feasible.
