摘　　要：从内河海事信息化监管应用目标考核现状出发,分析目前海事信息化监管应用目标考核存在的问题及原因,从考核目标、考核要素、考核机制等方面提出实施内河海事信息化监管应用考核的意见及建议,有助于提升内河海事信息化监管的能力和水平。This paper starts from the current status of the objective assessment for the information technology(IT)application in inland maritime supervision,analyzes the problems of the current objective assessment and the causes,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on the implementation of the assessment from the aspects of assessment objectives,assessment elements and assessment mechanisms.It is expected to help improve the capabilities and level of inland maritime supervision facilitated by IT application.
