摘　　要：为精准打击船载散装液体危险货物违法行为,提升危化品运输船舶作业安全,针对海事管理信息系统多头并进的特点,利用信息化手段集成各类危化品监管系统数据,解决数据不统一导致的关键信息无法共享问题,及时预警一些危化品船舶突出违法行为,为现场监管执法提供帮助,保护长江江苏段生态环境安全。In order to accurately crack down on prominent illegal practice involving bulk liquid dangerous goods on board ships and improve the operational safety of hazardous chemical transportation ships,and in view of the characteristics of multiple developments in maritime management information systems,information technologies are used to integrate various types of hazardous chemical supervision system data,tackle the failure in key information sharing due to data inconsistency,send timely warning to hazardous chemical ships with prominent illegal practice,and provide assistance for on-site supervision and law enforcement,in order to protect the ecological environment of the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River.
