摘  要:对超高扣件式钢管脚手架在不同立杆加固范围、不同剪刀撑搭设方式以及不同荷载位置等条件下进行ANSYS数值分析,总结出不同因素对其稳定性的影响。结果表明:当立杆加固范围小于15 m时,立杆加固范围对架体承载力影响较大;当立杆加固范围大于20 m时,其影响较小,建议立杆加固范围在架体总高度的40%~50%之间;竖向剪刀撑对架体的稳定性有着较大的影响,考虑到安全因素,宜在架体四周及内部同时布置竖向剪刀撑;架体顶部堆放荷载的不同位置也会对架体稳定性有所影响,建议将施工荷载放置在架体边跨的端部。实际搭设的超高脚手架经实际施工验证,结构安全。The influences of different factors on the stability of the ultra-high fasten-style tubular steel scaffold are summarized by ANSYS numerical analysis under different reinforcement ranges of vertical rods,different diagonal bracing modes and different load positions.The results show that when the reinforcement range of vertical rods is less than 15 m,it has a great influence on the bearing capacity of the frame.When the reinforcement range is greater than 20 m,the impact is small.It is recommended that the reinforcement range be 40%to 50%of the total height of the frame.The vertical scissor supports have a great influence on the stability of the frame.Considering the safety factors,it is advisable to arrange the vertical scissor supports around and inside the frame at the same time.Different positions of stacked loads at the top of the frame body will also affect the stability of the frame body.It is recommended that the construction load be placed at the end of the side span of the frame body.The actual erection of the ultra-high scaffolding has been verified by the actual construction,and the structure is safe.
