摘  要:保险粉是生物、医药、纺织、印染、造纸、食品等领域的基础化工原料,第三代间歇法生产工艺存在物料消耗高、生产效率低、三废处理难度大等问题,不符合国家可持续发展的重大战略。依据保险粉生产工艺的特点,研发出集成化工多过程耦合强化、保险粉连续化生产等先进技术,整个生产过程高效、节能、环保,保险粉产品纯度大于90%,原料单耗同比下降不低于8%,规模装置效率提高20%,年减少盐析废水排放8万t。本改进工艺将推动整个保险粉行业技术革新与进步,提高保险粉产品品质,实现保险粉产业绿色、可持续发展。Sodium hydrosulfite is a basic chemical raw material in the fields of biology,medicine,textile,printing and dyeing,paper making,food production and so on.The 3 rd generation batch production process is plagued by such problems as high material consumption,low production efficiency and difficult treatment of wastes,which runs counter to the national sustainable development strategy.Based on the characteristics of sodium hydrosulfite production process,such advanced technologies as integrated chemical multi-process coupling strengthening and continuous production of sodium hydrosulfite are developed,the whole production process of which features high efficiency,energy conservation,and environmental friendliness.The purity of sodium hydrosulfite product goes beyond 90%,while raw material consumption per unit decreases by no less than 8%,large-scale plant efficiency increases by 20%,and annual salt-out wastewater discharge decreases by 80,000 t.This improved process stands to promote technical innovation and advancement of the whole sodium hydrosulfite industry,improving the quality of sodium hydrosulfite products,and realizing green and sustainable development of this industry.
