大型合成氨装置节能减排的措施综述

摘　　要：介绍了富岛一期合成氨装置多年的实际运行情况,结合装置本身工艺特点,研究运行过程中的问题,采取积极应对措施,有针对性地改造、更新低效设备,不断优化工况与操作方法,高标准适应节能减排要求,取得较好效果。This paper introduces the actual operation of the Fudao Phase I Synthetic Ammonia Plant for the past years.Taking the process characteristics of the plant into consideration,the problems in operation process are studied,and positive measures are taken to transform and update inefficient equipment items,as well as to constantly optimize the working conditions and operation methods,fitting the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction with high standards and producing fairly great effects.
