摘　　要：介绍了恒天重工股份有限公司研发的宽幅高产水刺法非织造布生产工艺流程。从梳理机、水刺机和自动化控制等多个方面介绍了生产线的关键技术。分析了新形势下宽幅水刺法非织造布生产的问题与机遇。提出了利用化工行业常用的旋风分离器工作原理,设计新型汽水分离器收集利用热能的方案。The complete set of wide high-yield spunlace nonwoven equipment developed by Hi-tech Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd was introduced.The key technologies of the production line from carding machine,spunlace machine,automatic control and other aspects were demonstrated.The problems and opportunities in the production of wide spunlace nonwovens under the new situation was also analyzed.Furthermore,a new type of steam separator which can collect and utilize heat energy was designed based on the working principle of cyclone seperator commonly used in chemical industry.
