浅谈牵伸机轴承安装工装的改进设计

摘　　要：轴承的装配质量对牵伸机的运行至关重要。文章介绍并比较了目前较常用的黏胶生产线中牵伸机轴承的安装方法及其改进方案。通过分析并选用合理的轴承安装工装,能有效解决轴承在安装过程中偶发套圈挡边崩裂及轴承内部损伤的问题,从而降低维修工的劳动强度,提高轴承的使用寿命及牵伸机设备的运行稳定性。The assembly quality of bearing is very important to the operation of fiber drawing machine.The installation method and improvement scheme of stretching machine bearings in viscose production line was introduced and compared in this paper.Through analysis and selection of proper bearing installation tools and method,the problems of occasional ring baffle cracking and internal bearing damage in the process of bearing installation can be effectively solved.Therefore,the labor intensity of maintenance workers was reduced and the service life of bearings and the operation stability of drawing machine equipment was improved.
