摘 要:研究了功能性绉类织物摩擦性能的评价方法。以澡巾织物为代表,探讨用非接触三维轮廓仪、KES-FB4型织物风格仪、摩擦系数仪、马丁代尔耐磨法、圆轨迹摩擦法等方法评价其摩擦性能的可行性和合理性。结果表明:采用圆轨迹摩擦法能较好地评价不同澡巾织物的摩擦性能,且与其视觉手感综合评价相一致,补充和完善了现有绉类织物功能性指标的评价方法,可为澡巾产品摩擦性能评价和等级划分提供依据。The evaluation methods of friction properties of functional crepe fabrics were studied.Taking bath towel fabrics as samples,the feasibility and rationality of evaluating their friction properties by non-contact three-dimensional profiler,KES-FB4 testing instrument,friction coefficient instrument,Martindale wear resistance method and circular trajectory friction method were discussed.The results showed that the circular trajectory friction method was better to evaluate the friction properties of different bath towel fabrics,which was consistent with the comprehensive evaluation of visual hand feeling.It complements and perfects the existing evaluation methods of functional indexes of crepe fabrics,and can provide a basis for the evaluation and grading of the friction properties of bath towel products.
