摘  要:运用UG软件对空调面板进行三维产品设计、模具工艺分析、模流分析和模具结构设计。在空调面板模具结构中,采用热流道转冷流道、多点进胶的浇注系统,有利于克服冷流道进胶系统的弊端。通过斜顶将流道引入到动模型芯、再从内表面进胶,能有效防止产品外表面产生注塑痕迹。根据定、动模镶件结构设计不同的冷却水路,有利于保持模温均匀,提升了冷却效果,使产品快速冷却、定形。This paper focuses on air conditioning panel three-dimensional product design,mold process analysis,mold flow analysis and mold structure design base on UG.In the mold structure o£the air conditioner panel 5 adopting the hot runner to cold runner and multi-point pouring system is beneficial to overcome the disadvantages of cold runner pouring system.The flow channel is introduced into the moving model core through the inclined top 9 and then poured from the inner surface,which effectively prevents the product surface from producing injection marks.The cooling water channel is designed according to the structure of fixed and moving mold inserts,which is beneficial to keep the mold temperature uniform,improve the cooling effect,and make the products cool and set quickly.
