摘　　要：电力行业是“一带一路”沿线国家重点发展领域之一,众多中资企业都在积极寻求“一带一路”沿线国家的电力领域合作机会。印度尼西亚是东盟国家中最大的能源消费国,然而印尼的电网以火电电源为主,随着环保压力不断增加,印尼政府决定进一步向清洁能源转型。光伏发电作为清洁能源中非常重要的一类电源在印尼发展缓慢,而漂浮式光伏更是鲜有项目落地。印尼作为一个多岛屿,土地资源稀缺的国家,漂浮式光伏项目可以充分发挥自身优势,不占据更多土地便能产生清洁能源。The electric power industry is one of the key national development fields along the"One Belt and One Road".Many Chinese-funded companies are actively seeking cooperation opportunities in the power sector in countries along"One Belt and One Road".Indonesia is the largest energy consumer in the ASEAN countries,but its power grid is mainly thermal power.With increasing environmental pressures,the Indonesian government has decided to further transform to clean energy.Photovoltaic power generation,as a very important type of clean energy,has been developing slowly in Indonesia,and floating photovoltaic power generation has rarely landed.Indonesia is a multi-island country with scarce land resources.Floating photovoltaic projects can make full use of its advantages and generate clean energy without occupying more land.
