摘　　要：南欧江一级水电站位于老挝琅勃拉邦省境内南欧江上,拦河大坝为混凝土闸坝。可研阶段枢纽工程规划石料料源采用工程开挖料,开挖料的质量和储量都能满足工程的需求。实际实施过程中,由于枢纽建筑物优化调整使坝轴线缩短,以及开挖揭露实际地质情况,工程开挖有用料数量减少,无法满足工程用料需求,需寻找其他料源解决工程用料问题。结合库区13号公路改扩建工程的用料需求,启用备用石料场的开采,解决了枢纽工程用料短缺问题。Nam Ou 1 HPP is located on the Nam Ou riverin Luang Prabang Province Lao PDR.There is a concrete gate dam.The planned stone material source of pivotal project in the feasibility study stage is the excavation material of the project,and the quality and reserves of the excavation material can meet the needs.During the actual implementation,due to the optimization and adjustment of pivotal buildings,the dam axis is shortened,and the actual geological conditions revealed,the amount of useful excavation materials is reduced,and can not meet the material demand,and it is necessary to find other material sources to meet the material demand.Combined with the material demand of the reconstruction and expansion project of No.13 Highway in the reservoir area,the standby quarry is enabled,which solves the problem of material shortage.With the concept of economy and environmental protection,this paper takes the excavated material as the main material source,and introduces in detail the project material source planning scheme and adjustment in the feasibility study stage and implementation stage,which provides a reference for other projects.
