摘 要:白鹤滩水电站尾水调压室阻抗板施工具有浇筑仓面大、结构厚、跨度远、工期紧、温控及防裂要求高的特点,在确保浇筑质量和施工安全的前提下,尽可能缩短混凝土分层浇筑间歇,是确保工期和提升阻抗板整体施工质量的关键手段。采用ABAQUS三维数值有限元模型,对浇筑过程中第一层混凝土内部应力场进行了分析,结合现场应用情况,实践证明阻抗板第一、二层浇筑间歇取10~15d是合理可行的。Impedance plate construction of tailwater surge chamber of Baihetan Hydropower Station is characterized by large cast silo surface,thick structure,long span,tight construction period,high requirements for temperature control and crack prevention.On the premise of guaranteeing pouring quality and construction safety,shortening the interval of layered concrete pouring as far as possible is the key means to ensure the construction period and improve the overall construction quality of impedance plate.In this paper,ABAQUS three-dimensional numerical finite element model is used to analyze the internal stress field of the first layer concrete during pouring.Combining with field application,practice proves that it is reasonable and feasible to take 10-15 days intermittently for the first and second layers of impedance plate.
