摘  要:根据国家“碳达峰、碳中和”的战略要求,全面提高能源资源利用效率迫在眉睫,充分发掘现有水电机组发电能力,既能有效提升清洁能源占比,又能节约资源开发投资。汛期不考虑耗水率的前提下,利用大型水电机组AGC调节死区特性,通过退出1台机组AGC手动微调有功实发值,配合AGC自动调节,有效解决了汛期电厂实发值略低于调度给定值的问题,消除负荷偏差,实现增发电量。According to the national strategic requirements of"carbon peak,carbon neutralization",it is imminent to comprehensively improve the utilization efficiency of energy resources.Fully exploring the power generation capacity of existing hydropower units can not only effectively improve the proportion of clean energy,but also save resources development investment.Without considering water consumption rate in flood season,using AGC of large hydropower unit to regulate dead-zone characteristics,by manually fine-tuning active output value from AGC of one unit and cooperating with AGC automatic regulation,the problem that actual output value of power plant is slightly lower than the given value of dispatch in flood season is effectively solved,load deviation is eliminated and incremental generation is realized.
