新疆金沟河流域灌区存在问题及对策分析

摘　　要：续建配套改造对推进灌区可持续发展有重要意义。以新疆金沟河流域灌区配套改造工程为例,针对灌区存在的配套设施不全、渠道防渗严峻及渠道水患突出的问题,从施工期管理、设施运行管理、管理机制方面提出相应对策,为金沟河灌区实际解决现状问题提供思路。continuous construction of supporting facilities is of great significance to promote sustainable development of irrigation area.Taking the supporting renovation project of Jingou River Basin Irrigation Area in Xinjiang as an example,in view of the problems existing in the irrigation area,such as incomplete supporting facilities,severe seepage prevention of channels and outstanding channel water hazards,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of construction period management,facility operation management and management mechanism.It provides ideas for solving the current problems in Jingou River Basin IrrigationArea.
