摘  要:在岭南地区随着城镇化的不断建设发展,城镇的界域往往会占据原来的农业排涝区,原来的排涝设施往往不能满足城镇的防洪排涝需求,研究区域的排涝区设施综合提升治理尤为重要。梅州七都排涝区排涝问题尤为突出,由于原先农业排涝区被商业区取代,排涝能力严重滞后,以重建改造提升七都排涝区为主要研究对象,通过高标准重建七一电排站,疏浚改造干支流的排水主渠道,规划改造区域内排涝系统。同时对建设工程的运行及管理和后期的环境保护和监测提出具体措施,提出系统性区域排涝提升策略。With the continuous construction and development of urbanization,the boundaries of cities and towns often occupy the original agricultural drainage areas.The original drainage facilities often can not meet the needs of flood control and drainage in cities and towns.Comprehensive improvement and treatment of facilities in drainage area of research area is particularly important.The drainage problem in the Qidu drainage area of Meizhou is very prominent.As the former agricultural drainage area was replaced by commercial area,its drainage capacity is seriously lagged.Taking Qidu Drainage Area as the main research object,this paper reconstructs Qiyi Pumping Station with high standard,reforms the main drainage channel of trunk and tributary by dredging,and plans and reforms the drainage system in the area.At the same time,specific measures are put forward for operation and management of construction projects and environmental protection and monitoring in the later period,and strategies for enhancing systematic regional drainage are put forward.
