摘  要:以某大型水电站中进度问题突出的M特大桥为研究对象,挖掘其进度优化、工期压缩的潜力。对项目进度问题分析总结,提出运用新的进度计划制定和管理方法——关键链法,通过优化工序时间,综合考虑资源约束、缓冲设置和消耗管理,对M特大桥进度管理进行改进探索。对比传统进度管理方法,基于关键链法的进度计划更具弹性并贴近实际,在满足全局性工期节点目标的前提下,同时兼顾控制成本和规避风险。Taking M super bridge with outstanding schedule problem in a large hydropower station as the research object,the potential of schedule optimization and time limit compression is explored.This paper analyses and summarizes the project progress,and proposes a new method of planning and management,that is critical chain method.By optimizing process time,considering resource constraints,buffer setting and consumption management comprehensively,the progress management of M super bridge is improved and explored.Compared with the traditional schedule management method,the schedule based on critical chain method is more flexible and close to the actual situation,taking into account the control cost and risk aversion while meeting the global objectives of the project duration node.
