摘　　要：世界经济中心的贸易活动形成了交通战略通道,避免被交通战略通道卡脖子是全球性大国崛起的必由之路。交通基础设施是交通战略通道的实体,保障相关设施运营的安全稳定秩序就是交通控制权的本质。全球性大国必然要重视交通战略通道的安全稳定秩序,推动交通基础设施互联互通则掌握了交通战略通道的控制权,掌握了交通战略通道控制权则具备重塑世界经济中心格局的能力。交通战略通道是世界经济中心之间贸易往来的重要载体,“一带一路”倡议下互联互通中遵循主权与治理权相统一原则。交通基础设施互联互通的使用权合作模式取代了“中心-外围”世界体系旧格局,人类命运共同体理念塑造出经济中心之间平等互利贸易往来新格局。The trade activities of the world economic centers form a strategic traffic passage.To avoid being stuck by the strategic traffic passage is the only way for the rise of a global power.The traffic infrastructure is the entity of the traffic strategic passage,and the essence of the traffic control power is to ensure the safe and stable order of the operation of related facilities.A global power must attach importance to the safety and stability of the strategic traffic passage.To promote traffic infrastructure connectivity will lead to the control of transportation strategic passage,and mastering the control of transportation strategic passage will lead to the ability to reshape the central pattern of the world economy.The strategic traffic passage is an important carrier of trade between the world economic centers.The interconnection and mutual communication among world trade centers under the“Belt and Road”initiative always follows the principle of the unity of sovereignty and governance.The cooperated mode of the rights to use the traffic infrastructure connectivity has replaced the old pattern of the“center-periphery”system.The concept of a community of shared future for mankind has shaped an equal and mutually beneficial trade pattern among the world economic centers.
