摘　　要：带瓷板装饰面预制构件质量精细化管理系统(以下简称为预制构件质量管理系统)是基于带瓷板装饰面预制构件在设计、生产、施工各个阶段存在的质量问题出发,借助BIM+信息化,通过二维码的延伸应用,打通各管理子系统,深挖参建各方信息化管理数据,通过数据的收集、整合、同步及运用,实现了构件厂与施工现场“一码到底”,做到瓷板原材质量可控、供货进展实时跟踪、构件生产情况动态掌握、构件进场后质量的全流程精细化管理。The refined quality management system of prefabricated components with porcelain decorative surface(hereinafter referred to as the quality management system of prefabricated components)is based on the quality problems existing in the design,production and construction stages of prefabricated components with porcelain decorative surface,with the help of BIM+informatization,through the extended application of two-dimensional code,open up various management subsystems,dig deep into the information management data of all parties involved in the construction,and through the collection,integration,synchronization and application of data,it has realized the"one code to the end"between the component factory and the construction site,and achieved the quality control of porcelain plate raw materials,real-time tracking of supply progress,dynamic control of component production,and refined management of the whole process of component quality after mobilization.
