摘  要:针对大直径塑料检查井填埋施工存在的变形、断裂问题,提出井内安装支撑结构的施工方法。支撑结构能够有效减少填埋后检查井的变形量,支撑结构检查井最大变形量关系为:“王”字形<鸟笼形<X形<三角形<无支撑结构;填埋下检查井最大变形量为0.556 mm,“王”字形支撑结构检查井仿真下最大变形量为0.062 mm,较无支撑结构检查井最大变形量减小了88.8%,且“王”字形支撑结构塑料检查井前六阶模态频率与沥青路面自振频率均无重叠,不会出现共振现象,说明了该结构的合理性;支撑结构检查井最大变形量测试试验结果趋势与仿真一致,“王”字形支撑结构检查井试验下最大变形量为0.098 mm,较无支撑检查井最大变形量减小了83.1%。In view of the deformation and fracture problems existing in the landfill construction of large-diameter plastic inspection wells,the construction method of installing supporting structures in the wells is proposed.The support structure can effectively reduce the deformation of the inspection shaft after landfilling.The maximum deformation relationship of the inspection shaft of the support structure is:"Wang"type<birdcage type<X type<triangle type<unsupported structure;the maximum deformation of the inspection shaft under the landfill is 0.556mm,and the maximum deformation of the inspection shaft with"Wang"shaped support structure under the simulation is 0.062mm,which is 88.8%less than the maximum deformation of the inspection shaft without support structure.In addition,the first six modal frequencies of the plastic inspection shaft with"Wang"shaped support structure do not overlap with the natural vibration frequency of asphalt pavement,so there will be no resonance phenomenon,indicating the rationality of the structure;the trend of the test results of the maximum deformation of the support structure manhole is consistent with the simulation.The maximum deformation of the"Wang"shaped support structure manhole under the test is 0.098 mm,which is 83.1%less than the maximum deformation of the unsupported manhole.
