摘  要:国家建筑业发展的方向是推广智能和装配式建筑,装配式建筑的健康发展需要由各项指标共同贡献。铝合金模板作为高精度模板在装配式建筑中关于装配率指标贡献明显,且铝合金是绿色环保,回收利用很高的绿色建筑产品,具有持续发展的价值。通过对绍兴湖东2号地块的装配式建筑采用铝合金模板对装配率的贡献值及分析存在的问题,以2号楼为例阐述铝合金模板在装配式建筑中免预拼装技术的应用实践。The development direction of the national construction industry is to promote intelligent and prefabricated buildings.The healthy development of prefabricated buildings needs to be jointly contributed by various indicators.Aluminum alloy formwork,as a high-precision formwork,contributes significantly to the assembly rate index in prefabricated buildings,and it is green,green building products with high recycling,it has the value of sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the contribution value of aluminum alloy formwork to the assembly rate and the existing problems of the prefabricated buildings in the east of Shaoxing lake No.2 plot,taking No.2 building as an example,this paper expounds the application of aluminum alloy formwork in prefabricated buildings without pre assembly technology.
