摘  要:为了探索木结构建筑在寒冷地区实现超低能耗的技术方案,针对一栋轻型木结构建筑的被动式设计进行了研究。详细介绍了与建筑能耗和舒适度相关的围护结构作法、气密性措施、防潮设计、隔声设计、采光设计、设备技术方案,用能耗模拟技术对其采暖和制冷能源需求进行了分析测算,并对建筑的预制装配率进行了计算。该设计经验对类似轻型木结构超低能耗项目具有一定的参考价值。In order to explore the technical scheme for ultra-low energy consumption of wooden buildings in cold regions,the passive design of a lightweight wooden building is studied.This paper introduces the enclosure practice,air tightness measures,moisture-proof design,sound insulation design,lighting design and equipment scheme related to the energy consumption and comfort of buildings.In addition,heating and cooling energy needs are analyzed and calculated by the energy simulation technology,and the prefabrication rate of buildings is also calculated.The design experience has some reference value for similar lightweight wooden buildings with ultra-low energy consumption in China.
