摘 要:提出了一种新型的预制梁柱快速拼装用成套工装及施工方法,利用BIM技术指导工装、构件的设计和制作,并进行拼装验证。试拼装结果表明,该工装可以实现便于预制柱的吊装就位,提高预制梁的吊装就位速度及精度,减少预制梁底支撑用量,提高梁柱节点的封模速度及混凝土浇筑成型质量,可为类似工程提供参考。This paper proposed a new set of engineering equipment and construction method for prefabricated beam column fast assembly.It used BIM technique to guide the design and fabrication of engineering equipment and components and to verify the assembly.Assembly test result showed that this engineering equipment could realize convenient lifting and positioning of prefabricated column,improve the lifting and positing speed and accuracy of prefabricated beam,reduce the quantity of prefabricated beam bottom support and increase the sealing speed of beam column node and concrete grouting quality.It could provide references for similar projects.
