寒冷地区办公建筑外窗设计变量对室内采光及综合能耗影响研究

摘  要:通过DesignBuilder建立模型,对济南某典型办公楼进行采光及能耗模拟,选择窗墙比、玻璃类型以及外遮阳形式作为外窗设计变量,采光评估使用SDA和ASE作为评估指标,能耗评估采用制冷供暖能耗、人工照明、综合能耗作为评价指标。最终将模拟后的数据结果进行定量分析,得到既可满足节能要求,又可拥有良好室内采光的外窗设计参数;经过模拟计算分析后,优化外窗设计参数为40%窗墙比、双层中空Low-E玻璃以及百叶窗外遮阳,相较于参考建筑,室内光环境提高约25%,节能效果提高约5%,为寒冷地区办公建筑外窗合理设计提供了一定的参考。A model built with DesignBuilder is used to simulate lighting and energy consumption of a typical office building in Jinan,a cold area.The window-to-wall ratio,glass type and external shading are taken as external window design variables.Lighting is evaluated with SDA and ASE as indicators,and energy consumption is evaluated with the cooling and heating energy consumption,artificial lighting and comprehensive energy consumption as indicators.Finally,the simulated results are quantitatively analyzed to get the exterior window design parameters that meet the energy saving requirements and can ensure proper indoor lighting;the external window design parameters are optimized by simulated calculation and analysis to the window-to-wall ratio of 40%,double-layer hollow Low-E glass and exterior shading louver.Compared with the reference building,the indoor lighting effect is improved by about 25%,and the energy saving effect by about 5%,thus providing a reference for the rational design of external windows of office buildings in cold regions.
