摘　　要：针对某超高层住宅屋顶泳池拆除改造施工过程中的新旧构件节点处理、安全控制、渗漏防治等技术难题,在方案比选基础上确定最终方案;结合现场实际施工,阐述拆除改造过程中各个问题的解决措施,验证该方案在某工程中实施的成功性,并总结施工经验为后续同类拆改工程提供借鉴。This paper compared different schemes and determined the final scheme for various technical difficulties,such as node treatment of new and old components,safety control,leakage prevention and treatment,etc.,during dismantlement of a swimming pool on the roof of a superhigh residential building;based on practical field construction,it introduced the resolution and measures against each dismantlement problems,verified the effectiveness of this method in an engineering project and summarized construction experiences to provide references for similar dismantlement projects.
