摘  要:以高频振动技术为核心,对传统钢管土钉施工技术进行改进,提出了套管内高频率下振动冲击钢管土钉的技术方案,从能量、频率、施工效率和角度控制四个方面进行技术先进性分析。该方法具有杆侧阻力低,对含砂砾、卵石等土层适应性强,穿透力强,极限深度大、钢管土钉不易变形,角度控制好等优点。现场试验获得了良好的工程应用效果,为类似工程提供经验和借鉴依据。The technical scheme of vibrating and impacting the steel pipe soil nail at high frequency in the casing pipe is put forward by setting the high-frequency vibration technology as the core and improving the traditional steel pipe soil nail construction technology,which carries out the technical advancement analysis from four aspects,including energy,frequency,construction efficiency and angle control.The method has the multiple advantages,such as low rod side resistance,strong adaptability to soil layers containing gravel,pebbles,etc.,strong penetration,large limit depth,noteasy deformed steel pipe soil nail and well-controlled angle.The field test has gained good engineering application effects,thereby providing experience and references for similar projects.
